Bill Presentment System

With Tangible’s Bill Presentment System you will increase the productivity of your company’s operations, simplify payment management, and improve your customer relationships.

Extending the services of our Payments Portal (PMP) is Tangible’s fully customizable electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) solution, a component referred to as Tangible Bill Presentment System (BPS). Your clients may view invoices, pay full or partial bills online, and view past payments—all within a portal that maintains the look and feel of your company’s website. BPS is an extension of the Tangible Payment Management Portal (PMP) and provides your company with auditing, reporting, and advanced security features. With BPS, you will increase the productivity of your company’s operations, simplify payment management, and improve your customer relationships.

Bill Presentment System Features

Customized Electronic Invoices

At the heart of customer billing is the electronic invoice. Tangible’s BPS enables the customization of invoices and automates the entire invoicing process, from delivery to payment. Our customizable template engine will create PDF invoices designed to your specifications and rendered using your data. This electronic invoice can then be emailed, mailed, or stored in the BPS for customer viewing. As your organization makes changes to its invoice, the BPS’s dynamic link feature will update the invoice accordingly.

Online Payments

Tangible’s Bill Presentment System allows your clients to view invoices and make full or partial payments online using ACH or credit card payment options. BPS also offers other payment options, such as recurring and scheduled payments. All payment information is stored within the PMP for review and auditing.
Because Tangible Payments is hosted at a highly secure Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant data center, you can trust that all transactions between you and your customer will be protected. All information that travels through or is stored in our system goes through data encryption.

Transaction History

Your clients will be able to easily manage their payments with Tangible’s BPS. First, customers can view past transactions online using a straightforward and comprehensive user interface. Secondly, customers have the ability to view past invoices and review details from past payments. ACH and Credit Card Payments

Tangible’s PMP provides your organization with the ability to administer credit card and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions. Because you’ll be able to work with multiple credit card and ACH processors at a time, it will be simple and easy to find the best discount rates and lowest ACH fees.

Enterprise-Wide Real Time Reporting

The PMP is a secure platform that can be tailored to service everyone’s needs from customer service representatives to the CFO. By allowing you to create multiple user profiles, you will have the ability to control individual users’ access levels to sensitive information and rights to certain operations. For example, the CFO of your company may be granted privileges to view sensitive customer information or obtain a snapshot of your organizations incoming payment. A customer service representative, however, would only be permitted to enter ACH and credit card transactions but not be able to view full client information or reports.
